| Customer Reviews: Perfect for our needs March 24, 2010 Live (Rochester, MI USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This exercise bike has worked out well for my family. I bought this bike for my husband for the winter months. I was a little worried that the resistance wasn't going to be enough for him. He is an avid mountain bike rider and rides with a professional class rider. The adjustable seat is perfect also since our 5"4 daughter has decided she likes it too. The size is great. It doesn't take up a lot of space. We could easily put it in a bedroom corner. We have used this item for a few weeks and could't be happier.

Very light and space saver November 21, 2007 JAM (FL USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've had this bike for two weeks and it's working very good mechanicaly, it's very light and saves lots of space. However, the knob to adjust the seat came broken and maybe that's why sometimes the seat just falls down and the other day a friend was using it and the pedal came off.
not as intuitive to put together... July 9, 2008 A. Whitacre (Playa Vista CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I found the instructions to assemble this product somewhat confusing and it has never worked properly. I've contacted the seller multiple times, and even spoke on the phone with the manufacturer, but a broken part was never replaced and no one could explain what I did improperly (even when I sent photographs ) in the assembly. Finally, I found a local source that does repair and installation of exercise equipment and for nearly the same cost as the bike, I had it fixed.
if you don't make your living assembling exercise equipment, don't buy this bike in this venue.
