Bike Trainer March 12, 2010 G. Hilt (BURIEN, WA, US) This is just what I expected. It is a entry level trainer and a little nosier than I expected but dose the job for me and I would buy it again.
I think it's great
breat trainer March 12, 2010 Pamela J. Strodtbeck (Orlando,FL) I bought this after reading reviews and found them very accurate. I rode a stationary bike over 200,000 miles an then it broke. The two I had following didn't last long. So I thought trainer. I am very pleased with the construction and quality It can be noisy, but I don't think more than an air stationary bike. It is easy to put a bike on and take it off. I believe it is truly a great deal.
good basic trainer.....a bit loud. March 8, 2010 B. Bell (NY) Unless you have a lot of cash to burn or are some amazing cyclist, this is a good first trainer. A bit loud but we just turn up the tv or ipod.
More than I expected. February 28, 2010 Michael Frazier (DE FOREST, WI, US) The Bell trainer was ready to go right out of the box. The only glitch was the photo /directions were unclear as to the purpose of the rod w/springs included with the stand. Eventually I figured it out but it did have me puzzled for a while. Set up was easy and the fact that I also had purchased the Balckburn track stabilizer with 3 different heights for the front wheel made the entire package complete. Other reviews have noted the loud noise while riding. I also found this to be true, but because I'm using a mountain bike with extremly knobby tires, I expected the noise. I believe with smooth street tires the noise would be greatly reduced. The trainer seems to be well built and durable, surprising for it's low cost, and because I'm an amatuer rider, it really fits the bill.
Wish I'd bought this years ago! February 27, 2010 Todd Martin (No. Cal) Great product, I wish I'd bought one years ago. Simple, sturdy, easy to use, and an awesome value. Its small enough to use anywhere & flat works as intended.
